User Agreement & Compliance Policy

At Zizapay, we are committed to keeping our platform safe, legal, and transparent for everyone. This policy explains your obligations as a user and our commitment to comply with global financial laws. By creating an account, you agree to these standards.

1. Purpose and Your Responsibilities

This agreement outlines our obligations under KYC, AML, and CTF regulations. As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Complete all requested KYC (Know Your Customer) verification steps.
• Use Zizapay only for lawful and personal purposes.
• Keep your account credentials and verification codes confidential.

2. Our Compliance Commitments

Zizapay strictly follows international and local financial laws, including:

• U.S. FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network)
• U.K. FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) guidelines
• Canadian FINTRAC regulations
• Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) AML policies

3. Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before sending or receiving money, we must verify your identity. This may include:

• Government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, etc.).
• Selfie verification for facial matching.
• Proof of address and source of funds declarations.

Failure to complete verification may limit your account or lead to suspension.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for fraud, identity theft, or illegal use. Suspicious transactions may be paused, reviewed, or reported to regulators without notice. Confirmed fraudulent activity will result in a permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Account Review and Suspension

We may suspend your account if you provide false information, refuse to provide required documents, or we detect repeated chargebacks. You will be notified of the reason and may contact support to appeal.

6. Data Sharing for Compliance

To meet legal obligations, we may share relevant data with regulatory authorities, financial partners, and fraud prevention agencies. This data is shared securely and only when required by law.
