Welcome to Zizapay — your trusted partner for sending, receiving, and managing money across borders. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we operate, your rights, and your responsibilities when using our services.
Please read this carefully. By signing up or using our app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Zizapay.

In Simple Terms
We want to make things clear and simple:

  • Zizapay helps you move money between countries safely and conveniently.
  • We’re registered in the United States and Nigeria and operate under the relevant financial and data protection laws of those regions.
  • We’re not a bank, but a licensed payment service provider.
  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide when sending money.
  • We comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and data protection laws in every country we operate in.
  • We protect your information and keep your money secure.

1. Who We Are

Zizapay (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a cross-border money transfer and digital wallet service that allows users to send, receive, and manage money between the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, and other supported countries.
Zizapay is operated by:

  • Zizapay Inc., registered in the United States, and
  • Zizapay Technologies Ltd., registered in Nigeria and licensed under the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines for payment service providers.

Our goal is to make sending money home simple, transparent, and affordable — no hidden fees, no unnecessary delays.

2. Who Can Use Zizapay
To use Zizapay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Reside in a supported country.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
  • Provide accurate and verifiable information for identity checks (KYC).
  • You agree to keep your account details secure and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Opening and Managing Your Account

When you create an account, you’ll need to provide your full name, contact information, identification documents, and sometimes proof of address.
We verify your identity to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations under FinCEN (U.S.) and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Don’t share your password or login credentials with anyone.
If we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, we may pause, limit, or close your account for security reasons.

Most transfers are processed instantly or within minutes, but occasionally may take longer due to banking hours, currency controls, or compliance checks.
