ZIZAPAY USER AGREEMENT & COMPLIANCE POLICY

At Zizapay, we are committed to keeping our platform safe, legal, and transparent for everyone. This User Agreement & Compliance Policy explains your obligations as a user and our commitment to comply with global financial laws.

1. Purpose of This Policy
This agreement outlines:

  • Your responsibilities when using Zizapay
  • Our obligations under KYC, AML, and CTF regulations
  • How we detect and prevent fraud, identity theft, and illegal transactions

By creating an account or using our app, you agree to follow these compliance standards.

2. Your Responsibilities as a User
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and transactions
  • Complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification steps requested
  • Use Zizapay only for lawful and personal purposes
  • Keep your account details, password, and verification codes confidential
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or fraud


3. Our Compliance Commitments

Zizapay strictly follows international and local financial laws, including:

  • U.S. FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network)
  • U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
  • Canadian FINTRAC regulations
  • Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) AML policies

We monitor transactions to detect suspicious activity and report as required by law.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC)
Before you can send or receive money, we must verify your identity.
This may include requesting:

  • Government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national ID)
  • Selfie verification (facial match)
  • Proof of address
  • Source of funds declaration (for large transfers)

Failure to complete KYC verification may limit your account or lead to suspension.

5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF)
We use advanced systems to detect and prevent:

  • Money laundering
  • Terrorist financing
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Identity theft or impersonation

Suspicious transactions may be paused, reviewed, or reported to regulators without notice.

6. Account Review, Suspension, or Termination
We may temporarily or permanently suspend your account if:

  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You use the platform for illegal activities
  • You refuse to provide the required documents
  • We detect repeated chargebacks or suspicious transfers

You’ll be notified of the reason and may contact support to appeal.

7. Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you notice anything suspicious — such as phishing emails, unauthorized logins, or strange transaction requests — please report immediately to:

8. Data Sharing for Compliance
To meet our legal obligations, we may share relevant data with:

  • Regulatory and law enforcement authorities
  • Financial partners and correspondent banks
  • Fraud prevention agencies

This data is shared securely and only when required by law.

9. Zero Tolerance for Fraud
We have zero tolerance for fraud, identity theft, and illegal use of Zizapay.
Confirmed fraudulent activity may result in:

  • Account closure
  • Permanent ban from using Zizapay
  • Reporting to the authorities for investigation


10. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this User Agreement & Compliance Policy from time to time to align with updated regulations.
Any major changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
